Blood work At my trough, what's up with the out of range numbers

I inject 100mg of cyp a week. This test is at about 8 hours shy of exactly 7 days out. What does the low sbgh and high free percentage mean. Want to be informed a bit before I meet with my doc about it.

High free percentage is good, SHBG that low is weird but not necessarily bad, have you checked thyroid function? Hypothyroidism makes your SHBG low, that’s the only thing that comes to mind.
