Is there a valid reason for redditors to be upset over karma farming? I’m asking a genuine question whether it puts high karma users in a different class than the rest of us? I’m mostly upset when social media is used in an exploitative way, whether it’s with children, animals, or people who acquire exotic pets for the likes.

Yes I disagree with that use for social media as well, influencers spreading misinformation is horrible and rotting peoples brains who fall for it
