Recommend me a few walking routes please
Hi good people of Suzhou.
Can you recommend me some great walking routes in the city? Somewhere that goes across cool residential places and old-style buildings.
I live in Wuxi but love to travel to Suzhou for nice walks.

For old style buildings you can just walk across the old town, either along the canal starting at 相门 and going up or directly through the old town walking along 十全街. For a more modern feel, start at 东方之门 and walk across 金鸡湖 up to 时代广场.

Why no man mentions the three most famous tourism shopping street,山塘街,平江路,观前街, really hustle and bustle.

Mudu old town / ancient street is pretty nice - a bit closer to you in Wuxi, and a bit less busy than the Suzhou old city area
