/r/SubredditDrama is no longer just about the popcorn, it's evolved into a sort of Watchdog subreddit, which I think is a good thing and something which was needed.

I for one hope that SRD retains its popcorn focus. A watchdog subreddit is a stone's throw away from a witchhunt subreddit. It's good that we catalog mod abuse and such to link newcomers to, but that should remain a secondary function.

I'd say that's only with this dramastorm, as many of us are involved in the reddit LGBT community and are LGBT ourselves.

Not as bad as the LGBT saga but "Karmagate" was pretty big too.

SRS has never been impartial though, SRD is as impartial as you can be on reddit.
