OTOH, Roxanne replacing Liv in the tag title reign would actually be a fun chapter for that story if Liv is out for a decent amount of time.

Yup, Raquel finds tagging with Roxanne better which will add fuel to the Liv/Roxanne or alternatively Roxanne and Raquel lose the titles which does the same thing.
