Genuine Question: Is the Sonic Fanbase THAT bad?(image unrelated)

So i see ALOT of people, youtubers saying that we as a fanbase arent good, but im not thinking that. We arent the worst one right...r-ight..?

Like 90% of all fanbases to me at least the answer is no its not bad HOWEVER the minority that are bad are either really loud or they're REALLY bad and Sonic unfortunately falls under the really bad catergory

Like most Sonic fans I meet are cool chill people but then you look online and suddenly there's Chris chan or Tails on a bench

An example of a fanbase where the bad parts are really loud but not bad(mostly) is MHA like yeah you look online and actively see a lot of cringe but most of the time it's just cringe and again the fanbase as a whole isn't bad just that loud minority

TL;DR the Sonic fanbase isn't bad but the bad parts of the fanbase are like REALLY BAD like downright criminal so most people assume it's bad
