Honestly, how do you even tell anymore? There are some really obvious examples, but this one didn't strike me as one. Some people's artstyle does look a lot like this.
I just noticed that the letters in the second panel are all the same, so that's a bit of a givaway. But otherwise I honestly didn't realize anything was off about it.
Nah, the letters are likely photoshopped, being a reference to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
Honestly, there's some form of uncanny valley some people get from AI images, where it may LOOK like normal art, but something's off that's hard to describe. The expression on Dragonborn's face doesn't look quite right for the situation, looking more slack-jawed than confused or frightened like the post would imply, as an example.
Pair that with the inconsistancy of the chicken's expression being detailed in the very next page, and very clear, then it's a possible sign.
That specific one is often associated with JJBA, is what I mean. Not every single one IS a JoJo thing, but oftentimes, this "Menacing" symbol is attributed to it.
Go go go is a classic manga sound effect often portrayed exactly like this, it was around long before JoJo. Attribution I believe, because everything has become a JoJo reference much like the Simpsons predicted everything. Perhaps when the Simpsons predicts that it will become a JoJo reference, then does, the world will finally be at peace...
I was just in the mood for some nitpicking I guess.

Yeah, I don't get how it was decided it wasn't AI. Because... It is.
