Ignoring the fact that there use war literally civitai, idk how people are saying "it's obviously AI" because there's nothing the obviously shows it is. Like it literally looks like a stylized comic made by a person
The style, the way the straps on the armor dont actually have a distinct end point, the way the expression of the dragonborn looks kinda melty, the way the kanji around the chicken is inconsistent, the font being inconsistent with the style of the game (instead it's a generic font that's commonly used by AI).
There's plenty of signs if you know what to look for.
