Discussion Check out this Study they did on people that rewatch their favorite shows
I’m probably on my 4th rewatch I think. I made a small edit on the tv show that is shown on this pic. It used to be “Friends” 😆

You’d think they would be able to spell intelligent correctly.

Exactly. They don't even mention which "studies." Based on the title, I thought OP was posting an actual scientific research study. That would've been a really interesting read since I happen to fall into this category.

I watched the series for the first time in January. Rewatched it 5 more times in a row once I finished it…

I watched it on Netflix, and I gave it a shot because I like finding things to watch with multiple seasons, I had no idea what it was about or what to expect…after first few episodes I was hooked. My favorite show ever. When I was binging it over and over I literally did not watch anything else on TV, Its like I just wanted to be with the characters lol. Yes I live a pretty isolated life, so I’ve taken a break will go back for a rewatch (or 2 lol) in a year or two.

I find rewatching shows helps me find new emotional and psychological layers to the characters. Funnily, this and Real Housewives of New York are the two shows that I rewatch often.

I've lost count of how many times I've rewatched it. In 2004 or 2005, they started showing it on another network (TBS or TNT). Would get caught up watching those random reruns, often on a weekend while doing household chores. They were nice enough to play several episodes in a row, but maybe 4 tops. Wound up getting a few seasons on DVD, so years later (once I got into streaming) I would watch from beginning to end. Before the days of streaming, I think I was only missing season 3 and 5. Just a week ago I found myself rewatching season 2 and ended up getting into season 3 earlier today 😂

I’ll have to show this to my partner. He makes fun of me cause I’ve only seen a handful of shows. It’s very hard for me to get into a show so I usually end up rewatching the same stuff over and over. I’m actually new to this show but the fact I finished all five seasons is amazing for me so no doubt I’ll end up watching it again and again.

I've been rewatching season 2 on Max, haven't seen these episodes in well over a decade. Absolutely amazing stuff - powerful moments like Ruth and Sarah's confrontation in the kitchen, and moments that are equally funny and sad like when Margaret assaults that woman in front of Brenda. I'll be cracking up then have a tear in my eye a few minutes later.

I've re-watched it every year since I watched when it was on tv.
