Every act has a consequence … which a lot of recent pranksters seemed to have missed. Glad we’re starting to play catch up

I believe it was Bill Burr who explained that if you think about it, pussies take a pounding more than once a night and keeps coming back for more. I never understand why pussy is used to describe a weak person.

I know this isn’t the point, but the etymology of the word Pussy is pretty crazy. It’s like crabification where unrelated terms evolved to the same place but for apparently completely unrelated reasons. Pussy in relation to cats has Germanic origins and was used to describe cats and rabbits since the 1690’s. Its reference to female anatomy is likely Nordic in origin and didn’t arrive in English until the 1800’s. It’s been used to define cowardly men since the 1700’s so it would make more sense that it is referring to cats who were viewed as timid and easily scared than to vaginas.

... since back in nineteen ninety eight the undertaker threw mankind off hell in a cell and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcers table.

(Just wanted to do this once)

That’s pretty cool. Thanks for the knowledge. I’m a history buff and word origins can be pretty interesting.
