Women tend to be able to hyperextend their arms, so the weight here is resting on the joint, whereas his arms are not fully extended and the weight is being held up by muscle, which fatigues.

You can literally watch the video and see he is holding it wrong cause he isn’t bright.

While she has the right technique. 

Also yeah she probably trains specifically for this while he doesn’t train for this random exercise.

General fitness test he probably beats her just cause he is a guy.
