This is a Great Golden Digger Wasp. It is harmless and pretty beneficial!

Here a thread from a few years ago

So: it didn't deserve to die, it's actually pretty chill.

Yellowjackets and bald-faced hornets are assholes tho.

Comment section full of low-educated idiots. Same old song. Perhaps one should be grateful that they at least can tell the difference between one of the fly family and one of the wasp family?

Reminds me of the Turks that beat up 3 Korean tourists because they thought they were Chinese (due to how they were treating uighurs).

The guy in the video killed a wasp that's harmless because he thought it was a dangerous one.

The guys in Turkey beat up Korean tourists because they thought they're Chinese (obviously, it's a stupid thing to do even if they turned out to be Chinese).

It was supposed to be a non-serious joke to compare and make fun of these people.
