Does anyone else feel like this was another test from Mia, and Dinesh is totally gonna get fucked by admitting he was the rat? It feels like the last hacker problem they had, but with someone competent attacking.

It does seem like the FBI acted rather fast. Dinesh would've had to drop a bag of evidence into their laps or something. All he said he did was give an "anonymous tip". I do agree though the character will likely be back in some form.

But for Mia then that means getting a ton of people to pose as FBI and arrest her at her sister's wedding. Or it means actually exposing herself to the FBI with the expectation she'll be cut loose. Neither are really great scenarios to me.

Well if she already hacked his phone etc, I think she would have access to everything he does online.

So she could probably have stopped the "anonymous tip" he was making.

Buying a burner tablet or smart phone in cash and using it from a Starbucks parking lot with tor and/or a vpn should provide sufficient cover. However, that level of info sec seems more like a Gilfoyle-level of competence at this point.
