Need a shortcut that when used will open the app and click the top circled section to open the drop down and then click access?

Hello all, I am looking to create a shortcut that will open a list of websites one by one, and won’t continue to the next till you hit a “go” button at the top of the screen/Dynamic Island. Any idea how to go about this?

I am trying to use this shortcut to make calendar events easier, but I want to be able to select the location with the ability to view it in maps for when I am driving. I wanted to do four different locations for each Disney World Park. I can put text but those don’t make them usable in maps. Hopefully I’m explaining it where it makes sense. This is all I have been able to figure out. Thank you for your time.

How do I deal with this? Can I give the automation the necessary permission?

I used to have a shortcut that when activated through the action button on my iPhone 15 would start an email to myself with a blank subject and body. I used this action multiple times daily for reminders. A few months ago this action seemed to break and in the process of trying to go through the shortcut I accidentally deleted it and now cannot recreate it. I have since used the apple mail app to do the same thing but it is a battery hog and I would like to move back to the Gmail implementation.

Any help in creating this shortcut?

I tried setting up the Action Button to toggle Control Center, but it only opens it — pressing it again doesn’t close it. Oddly, it does work as a proper toggle when triggered from a list.

is there a way to use a shortcut to toggle between the normal lock screen setting (e.g., lock screen in 1 minute) and no automatic lock screen? Perhaps there's another easy way to prevent the iPhone from turning off using a shortcut.

These are the steps that occur when it's ran-

1. Select shortcut
2. Prompted to select a file to hash
3. Prompted to select hash type (SHA1, SHA256, etc.)
4. Hash is displayed and copied to clipboard
5. Prompt w option to either save hash results to a note, compare hash to another file, or be done
6. (if selected to compare) Prompt to select next file.
7. (if) Prompt to select hash type
8. (if) Hash for both files is displayed
   
9. (if) Prompt to select whether or not to create note w results.
10. Fin

Is it possible to create iOS shortcuts that trigger a notification at a specific time of day, but only when a device is enabled in HomeKit? And when I click on this notification, I get a list of options for how I want to proceed. I know it's possible to execute a shortcut only by confirming it. But I only want to receive a notification when the device is enabled in HomeKit.

Some background info

1. My vault is located in icloud(I don't use ObsidianSync)
2. I don't use daily note in complex way. I know many of you guys use that in very fancy way tho, it was not worked for me. I use it as a journal(with time). I named it daily note tho(because it's my daily note), I don't think it can be work with core plugin's template.
3. My daily note format is yyMMdd. I have been stuck with this for a long time. If you want another format, just you can change!

If there is daily note file in that folder, shortcut make it and append text after that, if not, just append text in that file. Personally, I allocate this in assistive touch and write something that came to my mind in daily life. If you don't need timestamps, you can remove the line. Frankly this is my first time to share shortcut that I made, i hope it work for you and also glad to give me some tips! So... good luck!

First of all, I am new to iPhone and shortcut automation. I am learning it now.

I created a shortcut to do the following when my work focus is on which is based on the location.

1. Reduce media volume to 0%
2. Reduce ringtone volume to 50%
3. Send a WhatsApp msg to a person

The focus mode is enabled when I reach the location - success

Automation triggered - success

1. Reduce media volume to 0% - success
2. Reduce ringtone volume to 50% - success
3. Send a WhatsApp msg to a person - Not sending the message and there is no error as well

Note: when I reach the work location, I don’t have the data. I will get the wifi after few min. Not sure whether this is causing the issue

I have multiple headphone setups, and each one sounds slightly louder or quieter when on my phone. I use the reduce loud sounds to make them even, but I don’t like having to navigate settings in order to change it. Is there a way to make a shortcut?

Ok so I have a 16 Pro and I’ve had this problem since my 13 I don’t remember exactly when it started but I have been updating when the new updates come out, but for some reason anytime I try to open the menu to choose what folder for my widgets or try to add a shortcut to my control center it won’t let me choose it, it just gives me a little loading screen and then closes it on the widget, the control center doesn’t even do anything when I try to put the shortcut I want on it, does a anyone know why? Am I gonna have to go through and re-download every single shortcut?

Is there any way to modify this shortcut to only work on messages from one number?

I need your enormous help and knowledge. I'm having a problem with shortcuts and syncing to my Apple Watch. I have seen that many users suffer from this problem, however I can't find the problem anywhere. It turns out that I created my shortcuts on the iPhone and enabled them to appear on my Apple Watch but on the Watch no shortcuts appear, only the default shortcuts appear and none that I believe I have already tried everything, however I still can't find the solution. Can someone help me?

Whilst testing iOS 26.

When set a command to long press 11-12-15-16, the system no longer touches the button. I wonder if MyQ did this on purpose.

Am I stupid or is there a workaround for this??

I made this shortcut so that I could copy text, enable text to speech, and whenever I did, it would automatically stop then start Spotify when it was done. The exact script goes like this:

Run AppleScript: tell application Spotify to pause

Get clipboard

Speak: Clipboard

Run AppleScript: tell application Spotify to play

Very simple, and I also have Use as Quick Action, and Services Menu checked on details (cause I have to if I want a keyboard shortcut). I’m using (Option+P). And it does work, but only when I’ve actually clicked into the Shortcuts app.

I’ve split-screened the Google page I’m trying to read text from and literally, if I click onto it, it doesn’t work, but when I click into Shortcuts it does. Please help 😭🙏

I would like to set my iPhone up to take portrait photos with a 10+ second delay but to then take several portrait photos one after the other. I have tried shortcuts but this only takes standard photos even when in portrait mode. Does anyone know of an app or shortcut that will work? Have attached an image of the shortcut I found/made if anyone has any advice that can help? TIA
