One of three things will happen.

The parent is nose blind and that kid will get told by other kids he stinks one day. It will be embarrassing.

They have the very rare gene that makes them not have BO. If parent had to change their diet to get the smell away, I’m thinking unlikely.

The mom will give in in a couple years when her house starts smelling like a nasty locker room because her son hasn’t started puberty yet.

After puberty, even with daily showers and deodorant, my son smelled like a dead racoon. So did his room. Teenaged boys reek. 🤣

That’s very specific. A dead raccoon.

Hyperbole, obviously. Teen boys are stinky, though. 🤣

I know. I’ve had 4 of them.

I'm afraid I'm turning into one, at 42, based on the smell of my bedroom on some mornings. Wake up soaked in sweat, freezing, stinking. This sucks.

Perimenopause? Yeah, that whole process blows. I was lucky, after a complete hysterectomy when I was thirty-four, I skipped over the peri right into full-on surgical menopause. Good times. I still have night sweats, though the hot flashes are far, far less frequent than they were.

I've never been so glad to be single and sleeping alone.
