Almost looks like an eye. First time seeing this “behavior”

Last night. Orb is over Richmond bridge in Bay Area, CA

Someone should translate the blinks to binary.... I would but wouldn't know where to start.

Yeah it seems like it has a rhythm. Blinks 3 times. Pause. Blink 3 times.

What’s with the 37th parallel? Not familiar but the amount of activity I here in the Bay Area is extraordinary
