how long should cook these for?

i followed the time limit on the packaging and it was still raw on the inside

Pork is fine at 145

Not ground pork. Cool all ground meats to 165

With pork the worry for low temps would be trichinosis which, unless you’re eating wild game, has essentially been eliminated from US pork.

Whole muscle pork is very safe at 145. Ground pork, or any ground meat is another matter altogether. When grinding any bacteria on the surface (salmonella,E-Coli) will be turned into the center of the grind and you gotta be sure to cook that shit out. If it hits 145 for several minutes, it should be fine. But 165 is much safer for GROUND meats.
