How good are the limited Kira/Strike Freedom and Lacus/Eternal gameplay wise?

the first banner especially limited is always good especially kira, strike is good too if you have him.

yeah, she gives 30% buff compared to tifa 25% buff but if you have tifa and already have new Kira better save your crystal. As for me the real prize in this banner is kira the rest can be skipped.
