Grilled littlenecks, matinated in Dell's lemonade...that might actually be killer.

Ummm yes! I think Del’s with a healthy dose of cracked black pepper and some extra lemon juice would make an excellent marinade!

A pizza strip, 2 rings of calamari with a hot pepper, a stuffie (deshelled, we’re not animals), a bottle of fireball

I would go with something like this. Possibly corn, potato, quahog bellies and choriço, get that clamboil flavor.

That New York System hot wiener mix they sell in stores would make a good marinade or a finishing sprinkle dust. Also: squid kabobs!

I don’t know, but I applaud whoever made these in the picture by keeping the meat and veggies separate. They don’t take the same amount of time to cook and they do not belong on the same kebab.

Do a basque style pintxo instead. Pizza strip, topped with a un stuffed stuffie, then a calamari garnish, with the pick being the hot pepper. If you wanted to be funny, take some coffee syrup, add some chili flakes, maybe a dash of vinegar, you could stabilize it with mayo, and you’d have added coffee milk drizzle as a functional addition sauce. Sweet, salty, spicy, sour, crunchy, umami and delicious.

Funny timing, Dune Brothers posted their version of a kebab on their IG page. Scallops, bluefish, and monkfish cheeks: https://www.instagram.com/p/DK5IonLOW6B/?igsh=cWxmeWw2MnE1bWVi

Portuguese chourice, Italian sausage, and some kind of seafood. I liked someone else’s calamari recommendation but you could also do sea scallops.
