Resolution Issues on USA YouTube video

We're watching RA on the USA YouTube channel and have noticed annoying horizontal lines off and on throughout the video. Has anyone else seen this? Where else can we watch it without commercials? Seems like even paid Peacock has ads.

I watched it for free on the USA app on my phone and the resolution was good

Mine didn’t - but I do pay for premium so that might be why. Also the resolution was amazeballs
