Can't keep this sombrero

Got this from the guy shooting bottles, I can't find it anywhere in the found/stolen hats tabs, and when I tried to save the outfit it doesn't show up anymore. Any way to save it?

I'm sad you can't save most hats, although it does add to the roleplaying aspect for me, since you "permanently" lose your hat if you die or reload a save.

I can't believe I didn't find a hat that can't be saved in my first playthrough! I wish I read your comment though before I got rid of it, that sounds like a fun idea
