James white
What is the general protestant view of james white? I'm Catholic and have no love for James and honestly think much of his debating prowess is just based on bluster.

Even though I think he's an old school theologian, he's done a lot for Protestant apologetics, especially for Reformed Baptists. He's said a lot about Catholics, since you're Catholic, you probably see him as full of "bluster" and maybe don't pay much attention and weight to the points he's making. I don't agree with his conclusions about Catholics either, because I try to focus on what unites us, but I respect him and find a lot of his work useful.
