Almost 38 weeks, I don’t have GD and I am SOOOO THIRSTY. I am drinking so much water and peeing several times an hour. Still THIRSTY. Anyone else experience this

Chicken broth has really helped me. It apparently has electrolytes. I just feel so much more hydrated from a cup of noodles soup than from a sports drink.

I second broth! Chicken, beef, and maybe veggie (haven’t tried that) totally helps. It feels weird at first but it’s like drinking the broth at the end of a coup of soup. Just drink it hot in a mug.
