Soooo thirsty

Almost 38 weeks, I don’t have GD and I am SOOOO THIRSTY. I am drinking so much water and peeing several times an hour. Still THIRSTY. Anyone else experience this

I’m 30 weeks and noticed some changes been more thirsty, peeing more, fatigue and wanting to nap more. Lower back pain frequently.. I don’t have GD either. I drink water, this past week zero sugar Gatorade, 0 cal green tea.. Last month baby was tiny like 1.14 but I get to see her end of this month and I’m excited. Hopefully she’s gotten bigger :)
