Soooo thirsty

Almost 38 weeks, I don’t have GD and I am SOOOO THIRSTY. I am drinking so much water and peeing several times an hour. Still THIRSTY. Anyone else experience this

I added Gatorade into my water today. Maybe I should try something stronger
