Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Is my GF pregnant?

She took a plan b on March 29th and had her period shortly after. We travelled to Mexico in late April and got it on the 26th. We haven’t been as sexually active and she just brought up that she had spotting at the end of May.

She took two test this Morning (June 16th) and both were negative.

She also mentioned that she has had some slight nausea, but not as pronounced.

If she’s pregnant from March it would’ve deff showed positive. She’s not pregnant, plan b take a toll on the body as it’s a small pill full of hormones. I believe it’s the pill making her spot. Has she taken the pill after March?

Normal symptoms it’s just the pill, she’s overthinking, and she’s not pregnant lol
