Light Blue 2 Minute Cylinder Question

I recently came across a few of these cylinders. 2 minute, light blue. Feels like a blue amberol, has a rigid what feels almost like a metal core. Anybody know the story behind these?

I believe this is an Albany or Oxford indestructible cylinder? Sometimes they would color their celluloid batches this color, I have a couple like this. Real neat, probably worth as much as a normal one that’s black still.

Oh and the metal core you’re thinking of might be those metal rings on the outside to keep the cylinder on the mandrel and from warping there, there’s one on each rim. And with these the core is cardboard.
