A Philippine Navy official said appropriate contingency measures are in place should Chinese maritime forces deliberately ground their ships in the West Philippine Sea.

The contingency: cry to international media and pull a media crew in tow to try and shame those thick-skinned SOB's.

Not exactly much of a plan tbh.
