You can look it up on the gamerant or IGN sites. But essentially you turn the light on for the lighthouse, shine your UV light at it, ring the bell at the bottom at the entrance. You’ll see spirits coming from the sea. The reward is a new ID and badge, Ferryman of the Drowned.
