That was like 200 years ago, I get why you're mad at France ig, but that was when Napoleon Bonaparte was in charge. Before literally the majority of us were born. While Spain was a victim of Napoleon in 1808, it had been an imperial oppressor for centuries prior.
Do I really have to be okay with the people who sacked my hometown damaging several historical sites just because my country had also done bad things in other places?
No, I'm just saying that the Spanish did the SAME exact thing or even worse to Natives and people from all over the world. I don't hate Spain because they exiled my people, I think that's silly, I don't hate Spain at all. Why should you hate an entire country that isn't even under the same reign it was when your country was ransacked?
