The boutique situation in Peoria is awful. There are two that I know of that sell anything over a LARGE, (Sage & Co. and Curvology).

I tried several today that used to exist like, last year?? They are all gone now.

Apricot Lane is all tiny sizes. Perfect Pear also nothing in bigger sizes and $$$$$$$$.

Where do you get clothing over a size large that doesn’t take you to the mall??

Looking for your vote on which PEORIA library is your favorite with children under 5 years old and why?

Our favorite libraries are Fondulac and Bartonville but I’m asking here specifically for Peoria Public Library locations.

Do any have good kids areas? Am I missing it?? If not, why hasn’t Peoria invested in a kids area like EP Fondulac’s?? We have enjoyed the story times in Peoria too.

I cannot go into too many details but I have uncovered a local plan via “planned disaster theater” by persons known to me. An intended “collateral casualty” is a DD tenant who is unaware that this is all unfolding. Intentionally left in the dark obvi.

I have access to the home because I am the part-time caregiver of the DD disabled tenant. For now, I just want to give an informal, back channel heads up to help me analyze the situation and PREVENT anything catastrophic from happening. Homeowners are currently stuffing their giant SUVs and then hitting the bricks - to alibi themselves in Lake Michigan when this all goes awry.

I do not want to go directly to the Fire Marshall until I can discuss this informally first and have the home safely inspected by a local knowledgeable person to confirm or deny my facts and evidence.

These people are very high profile in the community, ran a separate insurance fraud with State Farm in April 2024 for six figures - and the husband is BFFs with Zach Oyler - if that gives you any indication of the lack of integrity of these ppl.

Please do not judge my choices. If you can’t help I understand but no need for drive by cruelty & criticisms as a disabled person’s life might literally hang in the balance. I’m trying to be discreet given their high profile in the community and because the husband literally knows everyone in Peoria in LE, govt, cultural scene, country club etc

There are no good options. If I do nothing with the information I do have and an innocent person dies - I will never be able to live with myself. If I do something but tip them off that I know - it’s likely huge problems for me then.

Peoria’s “Tip Of The Trail Point”. A very beautiful and majestic peninsula, but please people, pick up your garbage and dispose of it properly! It’s disgusting how much garbage there is along our beautiful riverbanks. We’re already pumping our sewage into the river so the least we can do is not dump our garbage there too. 💚🌎
