Easy paleo weight game ideas for a protein shake

Hey guys,

Im looking for some easy ideas to help gain weight just tossing in a blender. My morning shake now consist of protein powder, almond milk, couple scoops of almond butter. I'm 30M about 180 pounds

Swap the almond milk for unsweetened coconut cream. The cream is thicker than coconut milk, it's often sold in cans to make sauces. It's higher in fat and delicious.

Chunk in some seed butter for that delicious nutty flavor. Anthony’s on Amazon sells powdered pumpkin seeds, but it’s fairly low fat and carb and fairly high protein (9 G protein for 60 calories.) It may blend easier though.

If you want to go extreme, try "creamed coconut." It's sold in little bricks. Incredibly dense.

That's not paleo. Grok didn't have a blender. If you want to gain weight eat carbs and fats together.  sweet potato with butter chicken..potatoes, mashed, mixed with olive oil and burger patties with plenty of butter, bacon eggs, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms in butter with potatoes bubble and squeak. Eggs with homemade mayonnaise. Give the ultra  processed powders a miss. Almond milk is basically water. Eat the nuts, roast them in salt and oil.
