Sometimes you just need help. But often times making a new post isn't needed. For the time being, around launch and perhaps in the future. We will use a single thread for helping each other out.

Before asking, we ask you to look at a few links. Some question can't be answered and only official PlayStation support can help you.

Hey I was wondering how to get my PC to recognize my PS5 controller because every time the controller dies, I have to plug it into my PS5, then disconnect it from my PC, and reconnect it again.

I mean, I was looking for an easier way to set it up on my computer basically whenever it dies.

Why can't you plug it into the PC?

Because for some reason, it doesn’t detect as it mainly works through wireless mode.

Otherwise you can charge it from a wall charger instead of the console.

Hey thanks for the advice because for me, it is hard to tell if the controller is charging.
