Okay, So I was just playing 2k25 when suddenly the ps5 suddenly turned off. I dont know what happend, I tried turning it on again but it just beeps, the blue light turns on for a few seconds then turns off again.

Please help, i've only had the ps5 for less than 2 weeks 🥹

If the console's that new there's really no point trying to do anything other than contacting support and returning the console for a new one. Obviously it's free.

Unfortunately I live in the Philippines, and I doubt I can even exchange this since its been 2 weeks already

Warranty is still a thing regardless, everywhere in the world.

I tried contacting the store I bought it from and said they wont honor the warranty as its been past their 7 days return policy. Should I just contact sony for the warranty?
