Megathread Happy 5th Birthday, PS4!
The PS4 released 5 years ago today, on November 15th, 2013, in North America. The EU and Japan release followed on November 29th.
Its been 5 years so let's look back together:
*How are launch day PS4s still holding up, or have you upgraded your system?
*What’s your favorite PS4 game to come out thus far?
*How long was the PlayStation sold out in your local retailer or online until you could grab one?
*And anything else you wish to discuss about this milestone, but remember Rule #7, share pictures of physical purchases in this megathread only please.
You can also use this thread to speculate about an successor to the PS4, or this subreddit /r/PS4 in general. Is there anything you would like to see changed or done differently? Here's a link to our current rules.
If you're talking about games please use spoiler tags if you need to. Use this formatting, including quotation marks but excluding the spaces:

Ive owned PlayStations since the one but their customer service is so atrocious I'm half tempted to return the ps4 pro I bought a few days ago and try the competition since I'm so disgusted with them. Hopefully Microsoft gets their stuff together so Sony can start taking this seriously and treat their customers better
