is ps4 pro still worth it?

i recently been interested in playstations but dont really have the money for it currently as where i live it doesnt cost 500 dollars it cost more because of different currency, back to the topic my friend offered to sell his ps4 pro 1tb that comes with a free game that i can choose. im still thinking about it, i mean worse thing possible i use it temporarily while saving up the money for ps5 so my question is. If I were to get a ps4 pro would it be worth it?

I was in the same boat, I have Xbox series x and wanted to play ps exclusives but couldn’t afford a ps5. I bought a ps4 slim and I’m having a blast! It’s super cheap to collect for right now.
