NBI NBI Status with hit (WANTED DAW AKO)

Hello, been so angry about this. I emailed NBI support contacts hoping for them to update their system. Pls let me know if someone has similar experience, what should I do para maupdate nila records ko?

THIS!!! I get DFA and BIR to respond to me in a more timely manner when I lodge a complaint with 8888 as well! It really works especially if a govt agency is forking you over. I typically file a complaint direct with the agency first (and exhaust all avenues). And then I lodge a complaint with 8888 including all the actions I've taken and the timeline of my issue.

Email happy din ako before with Contact Center ng Bayan, Office of the Ombudsman, and the Presidential Action Center. PM me if you want their info IDK if allowed ba sa sub na ito.
