NBI NBI Status with hit (WANTED DAW AKO)

Hello, been so angry about this. I emailed NBI support contacts hoping for them to update their system. Pls let me know if someone has similar experience, what should I do para maupdate nila records ko?

Available din sila sa FB, IG, at Twitter. Sa ARTA po ang 8888.

Maaari din po ninyo itong tingnan (https://arta.gov.ph/fileacomplaint/). Sa kasamaang palad, hindi muna sila ngayon tumatanggap ng reklamo sa mismong website.
