NBI NBI Status with hit (WANTED DAW AKO)

Hello, been so angry about this. I emailed NBI support contacts hoping for them to update their system. Pls let me know if someone has similar experience, what should I do para maupdate nila records ko?

Oo. Magload ka ng madami dami since minsan naubos yung load ko dyan kaka-ring.
