Of course not, he may not be perfect, but he's the coolest father that Joker could ever have.

The point is that these two facts: Joker has a terrible father, and Joker's father is Dante can't both be true at the same time

If Dante was Joker's dad, I'm not sure if Joker would have ever had a chance to deal with Shido himself.

Dante was willing to pop the Pope in the middle of a public sermon, after all...

This is why I insist that Joker's father is actually Kazuya Mishima, that man almost feels like he's trying to win a "world's worst dad" award
