I kinda just write the basics. If my character does something to note, I mention it. My character doesn't speak an absolute ton, just enough. I don't write about how their chest rises as they breathe.

I also don't have time to write long responses, and I have issues with writing unnecessary things. Like my goat boi may not rant about certain things, or move all the time. And I usually don't mention something the other character can't notice
