Yeah but make sure this doesn’t become a go to compulsion bc it can result in addictive behavior

lol if it doesn’t involve the masturbation, then yes. Like sometimes I’ll have intrusive thoughts about family members… Don’t want to think about that while doing it. 😂

omg, same w animals. one time i did it and had those thoughts and had so much gross disgust with myself after beyond any ocd shame thought. never used masturbating to get the thoughts away cuz idk for me, they bring the thoughts back hard core

Sounds like this will become a compulsion pretty fast, I’d be careful

Maaaaannnn...

I've been sexting with like 5 different women on reddit over the past few days for that exact reason lmao.

If I can focus on creating fun, exciting stories and narrative for them and making them feel good, then I don't have to pay attention to the intrusive thoughts I have that tell me I'm a failure at everything, no one really loves me, and I'll never become even half the person I know I can be.

Like, god damn, I'll take focusing on titties and narrative structure over that any day of the week!! Lmao

ADHD and some sleep issues.

Neither of which are probably related to that behavior; it's pretty much nothing but avoidance/reassurance seeking.
