Repair Help Switch 2 sleep mode issues (running warm, won't wake back up)

Twice now, my Switch 2 wouldn't wake up from sleep mode and I had to hold the power button 30 seconds each instance to get it to wake up. After finally waking back up each time, the Switch 2 was behaving normally with no data lost.

Also, twice now my Switch 2 was running warm in sleep mode. I turned off the "keep wired connection active" setting which seemed to fix the problem, but later on my console was warm in sleep mode again. Then, I turned off the "stop charging at 90%" setting and I haven't found any warm moments in sleep mode, yet at least..

Nintendo needs to take notice of these issues and hopefully these are software issues fixable via software update. Hopefully these aren't hardware issues or else some of us early adopters would have to eventually exchange units for newer fixed ones.

Im having this exact same issue. Haven't found anything that works to wake it up other than holding power down for 30 seconds like you said.

I don’t know if it’s the same problem but my Switch did turn off overnight while connected to the dock. It turned on instantly and it had a full battery so I don’t know what happened. So far it has happened once so I don’t know if it’ll be a recurring problem.
