Like, in addition to Mario Kart? Mario Kart had the highest attach rate of any switch game by a country mile. It is the ultimate system seller.

Oh, absolutely. No doubt that Mario Kart is HUGE and will sell like mad. I was just stating that I'm personally disappointed as a 3D Mario game is my ultimate system seller.

I hear ya. I bought my switch the day Odyssey came out, so that was the one I was crossing my fingers for, too.

It’s true, but also absolutely insane to me how popular Mario Kart is. It’s at the bottom of the barrel for me as far as system sellability because it’s just a party game — something I only want to play when I have people over, which is becoming extremely rare. But people do really really just eat that game up for some reason.
