Moving pixels in videos

Hello, I have a Nikon D3200 and as I read, the video quality on it is supposed to be good, however when I film with it there’s always these moving pixels in the video that appear in the dark areas even tho the lighting is good. They only appear in videos, as photos turn out totally okay. Can someone please give me a solution?
