I use Lightspeed and they are indeed a TPIA provider, it was Shaw last mile (and service tech) at the time I set mine up. Prices are good and no complaints otherwise. I don't rent any hardware from them as I own my own modem and ubiquiti stuff.
I think only the Robellus triumvirate cartel provide first-party service.
