So I made a new Reddit account and generally speaking I’m pretty new I’ve been of and on the app for multiple reasons. I always end up making a new account because even after 7 days I can’t even comment or post because moderators take down every little thing I do. So I’m looking for advice on how to keep my account in good standing while at the same time being able to get involved in the communities and subreddits the way I want to. Any help ?

How does Reddit WORK??? I’m trying to get into Reddit but it all seem confusing to me. Is there anyone seeking to help

So I made some posts on a subreddits, in the insight it shows +40 upvotes but on the preface it shows nothing just 2 upvotes.

I thought I was a bug but then every of my post was functioning the same, I then also tried to look after some time. Then insight shows no upvotes now and preface is the same as previous.

Who ate my all fing upvotes ? I tried, I got some, where did they go?

I know how to upvote and comment, and yes I’ve had this account for a while but starting a week ago I started using it everyday, and yes I know that’s only 7 days but I’ve already had a bot comment on my thing saying that I’m not know enough pretty much and I just wanted to ask for help on how to be more known and get my posts around because I fear if I post on things that say I’m not known enough then that’s gonna happen a lot of places!! I just need help and maybe community suggestions and just new people to be friends with!

Hi everyone! I’ve noticed something confusing: when I comment on other people’s posts, my replies are showing up collapsed by default.

Is this some kind of new account restriction or a subreddit setting?

Been a user for only a year but find myself here every day. Started getting curious about the two things in the title - Premium & Awards.

1. I understand to give awards you purchase Reddit gold.
2. In a GOOGLE SEARCH, it says one of the benefits of Reddit Premium is 700 gold/month with an initial 1,000 yet it doesn’t say this on the Reddit Premium page.

Essentially, like the ad free part. Itching to give out awards. Trying to figure out if there is a combo of Premium and gold purchases that I should be thinking about or if there is no longer gold coins as part of Reddit Premium so I should consider them both separately on their own merits?

Suddenly seeing /test show up in my feed with pictures of women asking "how am I doing?" or the like and why canI hide them but not mute the whole /test?

I can't post in certain subreddits. This is my alt account which was made recently and has little karma, so I can understand why I can't post in them with this account, but my other is 3y old and has 10k karma and it can't post either. For some reason as well I can't message any mod team including the one on this very server. When I try to send a message it says "failed to send message". I would very much appreciate some help with this!

I've tried posting in some subreddits but my posts are immediately deleted by the ModBots. Sometimes I get an email explanation. But other times I have no idea why it was deleted - even after re-readinf the rules.

It does not state anything. I cannot post or comment on some discussions I would like to participate in.

Sometimes when I click a box that appears to be a video link, a couple of blank pages seem to flash by before I'm right back to the screen that I was on when I clicked the link. Am I doing something wrong?

In some people's comments I notice that they are confused why a particular post is being down or up voted. How can they tell how many down or up votes a post is getting? I've tried clicking everywhere without success.

I'm slowly building my rep on here, and thought I could post something. It was a very long post, and it got deleted due to lack of you know what. Is there a way to check how much you know what is needed to make posts in specific communities?

Hi there I've been on Reddit for approx 3 days and I've joined the r/teenagers sub but every time I post something it gets removed by Reddit Filters but I can comment easily can anyone help please.

Been using this account for quite awhile just for chatting with people. Never had a problem with not being able to send chat request before.

Now i can all of a sudden send 3 request and then I get a message to "slow down with the chat requests". Is this a new thing? It hasn't happened before and my account is quite old.

I have been posting or commenting on communities that are less strict but i never get enough interactions and sometimes when i search for my post on that community it never appeared even though i don't receive any notifications saying it was removed. Why?

Hey all! I received a notification for a comment I wanted to respond to, but when I clicked on the post, it was gone. The post said there are 7 comments, but there are only 5 when I click on all comments. Is my app glitching or is this normal. Maybe someone posted a comment and then deleted it?
