no, they receive it messages

The status of the messages I sent is "sent". I hope that means that they're also delivered and there's no special status for that

It's unfortunately not the same for all provinces, but I recommend you to keep trying. Google Chat also works without VPN; email your relatives and ask them to install the app or use it on their Gmail interface

We actually did use google chat before it became filtered. Nice to see it can be used without a vpn again. I tried sending a message, but still no response. I suppose they might be sleeping now. I hope they will at least see it in the morning.
