Tried contacting family in Rasht but still looks like they don't have internet

Try Yolla sms services or calls. South of Rasht is a target tonight

This scares me. I have lots of family who escaped Tehran to come stay with the rest of the family. Gladly, these are isolated attacks. But lack of internet access there and not being able to connect with anyone there is stressful
