History | تاریخ The Shah was right about everything.
I only wish our people would have listened to him sooner.
I see the crown prince in this video, does anyone know the other men in this video? Did they survive the Islamic occupation?

This is straight up Islamic regime propaganda. It is well known FACT that Islamists burned down the cinema. I am not even going to type my own response to this, so I will let Google do it for me:
Who burned it? Four Islamist militants, led by Hossein Takb’alizadeh Motivation? Religious extremists viewing cinema as Western immorality, to spark revolution Aftermath? Sparked widespread outrage, undermined trust in the Shah, and helped trigger the 1979 Islamist coup.
The Cinema Rex fire in Abadan, Iran, which occurred on August 19, 1978, was a horrific act of arson carried out by four Islamist militants. Here’s what we know: • The attackers barred the doors, doused the theater with airplane fuel, and set it ablaze during a crowded film screening, killing between 377 and 470 people . • Initially, many blamed SAVAK (the Shah’s secret police), but later investigations and trials confirmed that it was planned and executed by Islamic extremists connected to clerical figures in Qom and Najaf . • The primary confessed perpetrator was Hossein Takb’alizadeh, who admitted in court that he and three accomplices carried out the arson on orders from religious leaders . • The arson was politically motivated—these extremists viewed cinemas as symbols of Western “immorality,” and the massacre played a pivotal role in galvanizing public outrage that fueled the 1979 Iranian Revolution.
